• Prepare VAT returns for EU countries and related reports, including Intrastat and VAT-UE summary information, ensuring compliance and data accuracy
• Perform month-end VAT closing activities, including VAT account reconciliations
• Support the Group Tax Department by providing information for ad hoc queries and analyses
• Participate in indirect tax projects
• Implement quality controls and support VAT reporting automation using digital tools and AI-based solutions where appropriate
• Collaborate closely with an external service provider and Finance stakeholders to ensure compliance with local tax requirements

• Finance-related education or qualifications
• At least 3 years of experience in taxation
• Very good spoken and written English
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a process-improvement mindset
• Ability to use IT tools effectively
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a coordinated and organized manner
• Ability to work under time pressure and meet short deadlines
• Ability to collaborate effectively in diverse, international teams

• Temporary employment contract for at least 12 months
• Monthly salary depending on experience: up to 15 000 zł brutto
