Data analyst for operations support

We are looking for a professional with strong analytical skills and a data-oriented mindset to join a dynamic team in the Operations Support area.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI;
• Collect, process, validate, and consolidate data from different sources;
• Create and monitor operational and business KPIs;
• Automate reporting processes and optimize information processing;
• Develop data models for efficient and scalable analyses;
• Turn data into relevant insights to support decision-making;
• Support operational teams in interpreting indicators;
• Analyze and update quality reports, communicating results to external suppliers;
• Manage and monitor complaints related to telemarketing campaigns;
• Control, validate, and forward invoices from external suppliers.

• Professional experience in similar roles;
• Good knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and data analysis;
• Analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to interpret and present information effectively;
• Sense of responsibility, rigor, and commitment to the role;
