• Build and maintain dbt models and Omni dashboards
• Clarify loosely defined requests from business teams and deliver what they need
• Investigate data issues, identify root causes, and fix them at the source
• Write tests and documentation to ensure data reliability
• Update and deliver regulatory reports
• Own reports and dbt models end-to-end, from source to dashboard, and help move reporting onto Omni
• Direct and review AI-heavy workflows, and collaborate on problems that require deeper analysis

• Hands-on experience with Omni
• At least 2 years of experience in an analytics or data role within a Modern Data Stack
• Hands-on experience with SQL, dbt, and git
• Meticulous with numbers and able to investigate discrepancies
• Comfortable using AI to streamline work
• Able to explain technical data problems to non-technical colleagues
• Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a small team
• Able to commute to the London office 1–2 days per week
• Будет плюсом: a relevant degree (e.g. Economics, Maths, Computer Science), Python or other programming languages, n8n or other low-code automation, payments, banking, fintech or crypto domain knowledge, regulatory or financial reporting experience, basic statistics
