• As a Support Engineer, you'll be the key to unlocking the full potential of our products for their unique needs.
• Through an in-depth understanding of their processes, product capabilities, and integrated systems, you'll be the trusted advisor guiding them toward smooth adoption and maximized value.
• Our primary support channel is email, with phone calls and screen-sharing sessions available for very complex issues.

• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Passion for helping others and a strong sense of empathy
• A strong desire to learn and stay up to date on our products
• Basic proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Vue, and jQuery, with a willingness to learn and grow
