FunnelFox is a no-code platform that enables app developers to grow revenue through web2app funnels. The service allows marketers and product managers to build, launch, and optimize funnels without writing code.
задачи
- Provide customer support and meet SLA goals by promptly addressing inquiries;
- Provide fast, personalized initial responses for technical investigations;
- Escalate advanced technical issues to developers and provide detailed reports upon escalation;
- Update product documentation in cooperation with the team;
- Communicate daily with the team and share the latest updates;
- Build relationships and trust with customers.
требования
- 1+ Year of experience in 2nd line technical support in B2B companies;
- Excellent English (B2+) for both writing and speaking;
- Basic SQL knowledge and ability to work with server logs;
- Familiarity with Kibana (ELK Search) and REST APIs;
- Basic front-end development skills;
- Ability to work a non-standard schedule starting at 11:00 CET with occasional shifts to 13:00 CET;
- Nice to have: Pleasant and patient communication style.
