Spotware Systems develops trading platforms and financial technology solutions for the brokerage industry.

• Provide exceptional levels of B2B support as part of a team;
• Investigate issues raised by clients or internal teams and provide resolutions or escalate them;
• Liaise with clients, internal teams, and third-parties to resolve tasks;
• Create and maintain internal and external documentation;
• Develop a strong understanding of Forex and the company platform.

• 4+ Years of experience in technical support within a brokerage or fintech environment;
• Proficiency with MT4/MT5 platforms (manager and admin), including plugins and gateways;
• Knowledge of liquidity bridges such as oneZero, PrimeXM, or Centroid;
• Ability to write, understand, and troubleshoot SQL queries for data analysis and issue investigation;
• Experience providing Operating System and Application level support;
• Strong problem-solving and investigation skills;
• Fluency in English;
• Proficiency in using AI as a core part of work and delivery;
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workload;
• Strong numerical and analytical skills;
• Ability to work on a 24/6 weekly shift rotation;
• Nice to have: Experience with API integrations, knowledge of the FIX protocol, programming or scripting skills.
