- Act as a bridge between network participants and the core engineering team;
- Triage and resolve technical issues related to connectivity, configuration, sync, and transactions;
- Collect logs, reproduce bugs, and write quality bug reports;
- Improve documentation and automate recurring support workflows;
- Participate in releases and post-release monitoring.
требования
- Experience in technical support or engineering roles;
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills;
- Ability to document technical processes clearly;
