The company leverages real-world attack simulations and modern security tooling to protect systems, networks, and data against cyber threats.

• Manage virtualized environments including VM creation, maintenance, and resource optimization;
• Maintain and secure servers and workstations running Windows, Linux, and macOS;
• Configure and maintain internal network infrastructure such as VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and DNS;
• Manage identity and access for internal tools and lab environments;
• Deploy and maintain open-source security tools and support SIEM, EDR, XDR, DLP, and FIM platforms;
• Perform internal vulnerability assessments and manage certificates;
• Maintain and improve pentesting infrastructure, including attack VMs, scanners, and reporting tools;
• Support and maintain the Moodle platform;
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot infrastructure or access issues.

• 2-3 Years of experience in IT, systems, or security engineering;
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPNs;
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems;
• Hands-on experience with virtualization tools like VMware, Proxmox, or VirtualBox;
• Experience with system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting;
• Basic understanding of security concepts such as hardening, access control, and logging;
• Nice to have: Experience with firewall configuration, Email Security Gateways, Web Application Firewalls, EDR/XDR platforms, scripting in Bash, Python, or PowerShell, familiarity with penetration testing tools, and interest in offensive security.
