Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company providing full-cycle services. The organization assists enterprises and mid-sized firms in transforming businesses through the creation of digital solutions across various industries, including FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, and Telecom.

• Support and administer various types of VPN tunnels including IPSec, SSL, L2TP, OpenVPN, xRay, and Wireguard;
• Configure, monitor, and manage VPN servers and clients to ensure secure remote access;
• Administer network devices such as routers and switches, and manage routing protocols like OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and TCP/IP;
• Ensure VPN connection security by setting up encryption, user authentication, and access control;
• Configure and manage network services including DNS, DHCP, VLAN, GRE, and security protocols;
• Manage and configure firewalls and network security solutions such as IPTables, UFW, pfSense, RADIUS, and PacketFence;
• Configure load balancers like HAProxy, Nginx, and Apache to ensure high availability;
• Administer Windows and Linux servers;
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure performance using monitoring tools;
• Ensure infrastructure compliance with internal security standards and external requirements.

• Hands-on experience in network infrastructure administration for at least 3 years;
• Experience with VPN technologies including IPSec, SSL, L2TP, OpenVPN, xRay, and Wireguard;
• Deep knowledge and experience configuring network devices and routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and TCP/IP;
• Experience with network technologies including DNS, DHCP, VLAN, GRE, VRRP, VRF, Firewall, IPTables, UFW, pfSense, and MikroTik RouterBOARD;
• Experience in system administration of Windows (Active Directory, GPO, RDS, WSUS, IIS, NPC, RSAT, WinRM) and Linux (FreeIPA, Samba, SSSD, ZFS);
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, and Grafana;
• Experience writing scripts and automating tasks using Bash and PowerShell;
• English proficiency at Pre-Intermediate level or higher.
