• Oversee office IT infrastructure, including wired and wireless networks, internet services, video conferencing, telephony, and office equipment;
• Manage SaaS tools such as Notion, Jira, and Aircall;
• Provide IT support to the team, including onboarding assistance and resolving IT-related queries;
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to address IT needs;
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date inventory of IT assets and manage their lifecycle;
• Handle end-to-end device management and procurement, including implementation of MDM solutions for MacOS, iOS, and Android;
• Conduct security audits, implement security measures like SSO, and ensure compliance across IT systems;
• Identify and implement automation solutions to streamline IT operations.

• 3+ Years of experience as an IT Engineer, System Administrator, or in IT Support roles within a similar scale organization;
• Experience with Google Workspace stack setup and management;
• Experience troubleshooting Linux and Windows servers;
• Experience in end-to-end equipment lifecycle management;
• Experience setting up office infrastructure including internet, networks, and office equipment;
• Ability to write documentation and describe processes;
• Experience working in a fast-growth start-up, high-tech company, or a top established company;
• English B1;
• Nice to have: Experience implementing automation solutions using code or no-code approaches, experience with Cyber Essentials, SOC2, SOC3.
