• Run the infrastructure end-to-end, including VPS, dedicated servers, virtual machines, VPN, MFA, firewall, remote access, monitoring, logging, and backups;
• Administer Google Workspace, including accounts, groups, aliases, security policies, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and domain migrations;
• Own Slack, OpenAI, and other SaaS platforms, including version and system migrations;
• Provide L1/L2 IT support for a distributed team on Mac and Windows;
• Manage onboarding and offboarding, remote laptop setup, and device lifecycle;
• Negotiate with vendors, manage procurement, and control payments for cloud resources, licenses, and invoices;
• Physically set up rooms for occasional offline stations, including laptops, microphones, and sound equipment.

• 5+ Years of experience as a sysadmin or in IT operations;
• Hands-on experience running Google Workspace end-to-end, including a domain migration;
• Hands-on experience with Slack, Confluence, Jira, and SSO/2FA using Okta, Google, Azure AD, or similar;
• Working knowledge of at least one public cloud: AWS, GCP, or Azure;
• Knowledge of on-premises basics, including DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, and firewalls;
• Experience building and testing backups;
• Strong knowledge of mail security, including SPF/DKIM/DMARC;
• Direct experience with vendors and procurement, including contracts, invoices, and renewals;
• English and Russian at B1+ level;
• Nice to have: scripting with bash, Python, or PowerShell.
