TradingView is a global financial analysis platform providing advanced charting, market data, and collaboration tools for over 100 million traders and investors worldwide.

• Provide IT support to the local team in-person and remotely;
• Set up, maintain, and secure laptops, desktops, and other user devices;
• Support local office infrastructure to ensure systems run smoothly;
• Manage user accounts, access, and basic security settings;
• Set up and support AV equipment for internal meetings and events;
• Document solutions to common issues and contribute to the knowledge base;
• Collaborate with global IT teammates and local Operations/HR on technical needs.

• 1–2 Years of hands-on IT support experience;
• Basic knowledge of networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and troubleshooting;
• Interest in learning security best practices and device management;
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical issues to diverse colleagues;
• Ability to set up and troubleshoot AV and conferencing equipment;
• Advanced English (written and spoken);
• Proactive approach, logical problem-solving skills, and willingness to document work;
• Nice to have: Experience in finance or trading domain, familiarity with TradingView as a product, experience with MDM tools (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Intune), familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management, Zendesk).
