Playkot is an international game studio that develops and publishes mobile games such as Age of Magic, SuperCity, and Spring Valley.

• Administer and support IT infrastructure, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems, corporate software, and system applications;
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes by organizing and automating technical stages of the employee lifecycle;
• Manage IAM infrastructure by configuring SSO, MFA, role distribution, and access rights based on the Least Privilege principle;
• Develop and maintain MDM infrastructure using solutions like Jamf or Kandji to ensure security, standardization, and compliance of corporate devices;
• Oversee internal information security processes by monitoring the IT environment and addressing access-related vulnerabilities;
• Automate routine tasks by optimizing IT processes through scripts, workflow tools, bots, and agents;
• Optimize costs by auditing license usage and managing the IT budget;
• Take full ownership of the domain by ensuring system stability and proactively implementing improvements.

• Strong experience in Internal IT, Infrastructure, or TechOps roles;
• Excellent skills with Google Workspace and corporate SaaS systems;
• Solid understanding of IAM, SSO, and access management;
• Experience with MDM solutions;
• Confident administration of macOS, Windows, and Linux environments;
• Automation mindset with the ability to write scripts and use AI tools;
• High level of independence and ownership;
• Ability to move tasks forward quickly without unnecessary bureaucracy.
