support engineer for production applications

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance processes
• Deploy and implement technical architecture solutions supporting business applications in production environments
• Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact throughout project delivery
• Contribute to Cloud, DevOps, infrastructure modernization, resilience, and application lifecycle initiatives
• Manage project governance activities, reporting, budget monitoring, risk management, and steering committees
• Ensure operational readiness and knowledge transfer to production support and operational teams
• Define and validate production support SLAs, KPIs, and operational processes
• Support obsolescence management, application decommissioning, cost optimization, and infrastructure evolution initiatives
• Collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders in an international environment
• Participate in critical deployments, including activities that may occasionally require off-hours or weekend interventions

• Strong experience in Application Production Support and IT project delivery
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Cloud environments and Infrastructure as Code concepts
• Monitoring and observability expertise using tools such as Dynatrace
• Strong understanding of production environments, application deployment, and operational resilience
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Risk management, project planning, and governance capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expert-level experience in Application Production Support, Production Engineering, or similar roles
• Experience with monitoring tools, particularly Dynatrace
• Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Cloud certification (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals) or equivalent practical Cloud project experience
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code approaches
• Knowledge of WebSphere, Autosys, and CFT file transfer solutions
• Strong understanding of IT governance, project methodologies, and production support frameworks
• Experience working in complex and international environments
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
