задачи
- Lead the global IT Support function (L1/L2), ensuring service excellence, SLA/KPI achievement, and continuous improvement of ITSM processes in line with ITIL best practices;
- Manage corporate IT platforms, end-user services, identity and access management (SSO, MFA, RBAC), and critical financial systems;
- Oversee software licensing, SaaS, IT assets, procurement, vendors, contracts, and budgets to optimize operational efficiency and costs;
- Ensure regulatory compliance, security, and audit readiness, while driving automation, AI adoption, and process optimization.
требования
- 5+ Years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or IT Service Management;
- 2+ Years of experience leading global or distributed teams;
- Strong technical expertise in modern workplace technologies and ITIL-based ITSM practices;
- Hands-on experience with IAM, enterprise security, compliance, and managing vendors, SaaS, software licensing, contracts, budgets, and cost optimization;
- Professional English proficiency;
- Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in IT, experience in regulated industries, exposure to SWIFT, SEPA, or card payment systems.
