• Communicate and collaborate with product development team and stakeholders;
• Design, deploy and manage Kubernetes platform based on Cluster API (bare-metal and cloud providers);
• Setup and maintain infrastructure for production/staging environments;
• Design, deploy and manage GitLab CI pipelines, GitOps and Infrastructure as Code;
• React to monitoring events with periodic on-call duties day and night;
• Optimize infrastructure maintenance and support processes;
• Participate in the design of complex IT systems.

• 5+ Years of experience as a System Engineer, SRE, DevOps or Platform Engineer;
• Deep understanding of Linux-like operating systems including administration and troubleshooting;
• Practical experience with Kubernetes;
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP and OCI;
• Experience with bare-metal infrastructure across various hosting providers;
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Pulumi and Crossplane;
• Experience with GitOps approach using Flux and ArgoCD;
• Experience with GitLab and GitHub CI/CD pipelines setup and maintenance;
• Experience with configuration management systems like Ansible and Saltstack;
• Experience with cdn, traffic and domain management including CloudFlare, Fastly, Akamai, AWS CloudFront and Route53;
• Experience with monitoring systems like Prometheus and Grafana;
• Practical experience with PostgreSQL cluster including Patroni and CNPG;
• Practical experience with Kafka management including Strimzi;
• Intermediate plus level in English and Russian languages;
• Nice to have: Experience with Cluster API (CAPI) and fleet controllers (Sveltos, Fleet), Experience with Crossplane, Experience with Oracle OCI, Understanding of distributed systems, Programming skills in Bash, Python or Go, Experience working in Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum), Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered tools and platforms to optimize workflows.
