• Build tools for monitoring and measuring infrastructure, microservices, and unique workloads;
• Contribute to understanding and preventing incidents through tooling, automation, and people-centered processes;
• Use automation to speed up repetitive tasks;
• Contribute to the security and compliance of the tech stack;
• Help colleagues understand observability data to measure and monitor applications and recover quickly from incidents;
• Define and manage the environment from provisioning to deployment as code.

• Deep understanding of observability building blocks: metrics, logs, and traces;
• Experience with data extraction (Prometheus, StatsD, OpenTelemetry), transformation (Vector, Beats, FluentBit), and loading (OpenSearch, Grafana, Datadog);
• Solid skills in at least one glue language such as GoLang or Python;
• Proficiency in Linux and cloud-only environments;
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and AWS CDK;
• Nice to have: Passion for working with bleeding-edge technologies, strong desire to learn and improve.
