• Configure and maintain IBM Security platforms including QRadar SIEM, Guardium DAM, and Cloud Pak for Security;
• Implement data security policies, automate responses, and integrate solutions with the security ecosystem;
• Analyze alerts, logs, and process behaviors in real-time;
• Create incident response playbooks and technical documentation;
• Collaborate with SOC teams, DevOps, and clients.

• Experience with IBM QRadar, Guardium, or Cloud Pak for Security;
• Knowledge of SIEM, DLP, IAM, XDR, and SOAR principles;
• Ability to analyze logs, processes, and network communication;
• Proficiency in task automation using API, Python, or Ansible;
• English language proficiency (B2 level or higher);
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data security or SOC;
• IBM Certified QRadar SIEM Administrator or Guardium Certified Specialist certification;
• Nice to have: experience in XDR and SOAR integrations, experience in cloud environments.
