• Identify gaps and vulnerabilities in security compliance;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security controls;
• Deploy security measures to protect health information systems and data assets;
• Draft and enhance security policies, procedures, and guidelines;
• Ensure effective communication and integration of security policies into operational frameworks;
• Perform risk assessments and develop risk management strategies;
• Implement proactive measures to enhance cyber resilience;
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve security awareness;
• Establish monitoring mechanisms to track ongoing compliance;
• Conduct regular audits and assessments;
• Develop incident response protocols and procedures;
• Continuously assess and refine security strategies based on emerging threats.

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Proven experience in cyber security, particularly in compliance initiatives;
• Strong understanding of health informatics and data security within healthcare environments;
• Excellent analytical skills for assessing complex systems and processes;
• Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders;
• English: C1 Advanced;
• Nice to have: Agile.
