• Design, operate, and scale the multi-tenant distributed observability stack hosted on Kubernetes;
• Configure, tune, and maintain telemetry ingestion using Grafana Alloy;
• Manage and reconcile application states and platform deployments declaratively using ArgoCD;
• Design, build, and optimize automated GitLab CI/CD pipelines;
• Automate and manage cloud infrastructure, object storage, and Kubernetes resources using Terraform and Helm;
• Support shared platform services, including centralized IAM integration with Keycloak and developer onboarding via Backstage;
• Monitor platform health, manage high-cardinality telemetry data, configure retention and compactor rules, and establish alerting and SLOs;
• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate platform development, documentation, and troubleshooting.

• 5+ Years of experience in Platform Engineering, SRE, or DevOps roles;
• Extensive production experience running, troubleshooting, scaling, and maintaining Kubernetes workloads, StatefulSets, and DaemonSets;
• Hands-on experience operating and querying Loki, Mimir, and Prometheus;
• Working experience with distributed tracing via Tempo and OpenTelemetry standards;
• Experience with Grafana Alloy or OpenTelemetry Collector / Promtail;
• Understanding of high cardinality, multi-tenancy, and object storage lifecycles for metrics and logs;
• Experience deploying, configuring, and managing multi-cluster applications declaratively using ArgoCD;
• Ability to build robust .gitlab-ci.yml pipelines, configure custom runners, and structure CI stages for containerized platform tooling;
• Proficiency writing modular Terraform and packaging applications with Helm;
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot;
• Strong automation skills in Bash, Python, or Go;
• Professional working proficiency in English, written and verbal;
• Nice to have: CKA, experience with software supply chain security initiatives, vulnerability tracking and SBOM governance using Dependency-Track, Backstage service catalogs and software templates, Keycloak administration, OIDC/OAuth2 concepts, and realm configurations.
