platform engineer in cloud infrastructure

The project builds and maintains modern cloud infrastructure for scalable applications and continuous delivery. It focuses on automation, system resilience, security, and operational excellence across environments.

• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS services;
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform;
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve delivery efficiency;
• Build and maintain containerized environments using Docker;
• Write and maintain scripts for automation and operational tasks;
• Manage version control and collaborate using Git;
• Support Linux-based environments and troubleshoot system issues;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve platform performance and reliability;
• Contribute to production support and participate in on-call activities;
• Research and propose new tools and technologies to enhance the platform.

• Strong experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code practices;
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including VPC, ECS or Fargate, and S3;
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins;
• Practical experience with containerization using Docker;
• Strong scripting skills using Bash, Python, or similar languages;
• Experience working with Git and version control systems;
• Solid experience working in Linux environments;
• Nice to have: Experience with configuration management and automation tools such as Chef, exposure to Windows-based environments, experience improving security posture in cloud environments, experience working with production systems and on-call rotations, strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders.
