platform engineer in AdTech SaaS

The company is a high-growth, remote-first SaaS AdTech business that builds mission-critical infrastructure used by leading digital publishers worldwide.

• Own and evolve a large-scale Kubernetes production platform;
• Design, build and maintain cloud infrastructure across multiple providers;
• Improve platform reliability, scalability, performance and security;
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform;
• Build and improve deployment automation and GitOps workflows;
• Drive observability, monitoring and incident management best practices;
• Partner with software engineers to improve developer experience and deployment processes;
• Help architect infrastructure capable of supporting significant future growth;
• Act as the technical owner for infrastructure decisions and platform evolution.

• Strong experience operating Kubernetes in production;
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure at scale;
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or another Infrastructure-as-Code platform;
• Experience with GitOps and deployment automation;
• Strong understanding of reliability engineering, observability and security;
• Experience designing resilient, highly available distributed systems;
• Ability to balance technical excellence with pragmatic decision making;
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach;
• French and English language skills;
• Nice to have: experience within adtech, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, fintech, gaming, media, e-commerce or other cloud-native environments.
