MOJAM creates gaming universes and develops internal infrastructure platforms to enhance developer experience and automate workflows.

• Design and evolve AWS multi-account infrastructure (EKS-based) focusing on scalability, security, and cost efficiency;
• Drive the transformation from ticket-driven operations to a self-service internal platform using reusable templates and golden paths;
• Own and improve the GitOps delivery flow using FluxCD, GitLab CI, and deploy orchestration;
• Build and maintain internal tooling to automate routine workflows for engineering and non-engineering teams;
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and routine operations using Terraform and Kubernetes operators;
• Contribute to platform architecture decisions and mentor other engineers.

• Strong production experience with AWS (EKS, VPC, RDS, Route53, IAM, and multi-account organizations);
• Deep Kubernetes expertise including operators, controllers, cluster lifecycle, and workload troubleshooting;
• Strong Terraform skills in module design, multi-account setups, and state management at scale;
• Hands-on experience with GitOps (FluxCD or ArgoCD) and CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitLab CI);
• Solid observability experience with metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting (Prometheus/Grafana);
• Confident scripting or programming in Python, Go, or Bash;
• Strong Linux and container fundamentals;
• English B2;
• Nice to have: Experience building Internal Developer Platforms (Backstage, service catalogs), Crossplane, SRE practices (SLO/SLI, error budgets), FinOps, Security engineering (policy-as-code, secrets management), Cloudflare at scale, workflow automation platforms (Windmill, n8n, Retool), AI infrastructure and LLM integration.
