задачи
- Own the reliability, scalability, and performance of production infrastructure
- Design and implement robust, highly available, and secure architectures
- Investigate complex infrastructure and production issues and drive them through to resolution
- Introduce and embed SRE practices, including SLIs, SLOs, incident management, and post-mortems
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
- Develop an observability strategy across monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Automate operational processes and eliminate unnecessary manual work
- Modernise legacy infrastructure thoughtfully and without unnecessary risk
- Work closely with software engineers to build more reliable and resilient services
- Share experience, challenge existing approaches, and help raise the technical bar across the team
требования
- Around 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience running production workloads on cloud platforms
- Solid understanding of Linux and distributed systems
- Experience with Terraform or another Infrastructure as Code tool
- Strong CI/CD experience
- Practical Kubernetes and container experience
- Experience building monitoring and observability
- Understanding of SRE principles
- Experience handling incidents and improving systems afterward
- Ability to modernise older infrastructure thoughtfully and pragmatically
- Understanding of cloud security and cost optimisation
- Programming experience with Python, Go, or a similar language
- Будет плюсом: experience with hybrid/on-premise environments, ISO 27001 or SOC 2 security and compliance frameworks
