• Assume complete responsibility for the mobile application's architectural integrity, scalability, maintainability, and performance;
• Develop and enhance shared components, libraries, and essential tools to streamline mobile development;
• Champion and embed leading practices to promote high quality and productivity;
• Partner with the AI team to integrate advanced agentic and AI models into the mobile platform;
• Mentor and guide emerging engineers, sharing technical knowledge and supporting professional growth;
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver unified user experiences;
• Identify and resolve performance issues to ensure a fluid and responsive application;
• Establish and promote unit, integration, and UI testing protocols.

• Several years of experience delivering production-grade software at scale;
• Direct architectural responsibility for mobile applications;
• Extensive multi-year experience developing and maintaining mobile applications with Dart and Flutter;
• Hands-on experience with mobile DevOps, including CI/CD setup, app store deployment, and release cycle orchestration;
• Genuine enthusiasm and curiosity for using artificial intelligence as part of an engineering platform;
• Drive to improve internal development processes and proactively address efficiency impediments;
• Strong analytical thinking, cross-functional communication, and collaboration skills.
