Clera is a fast-growing Series A/B EdTech platform serving tens of millions of students worldwide. Its Foundation team builds the technical base for product teams, including a Flutter mobile app, core backend services, developer experience, and AI infrastructure.

• Own the core Flutter app, including shared components, the design system, performance monitoring, and tooling;
• Define feature development patterns for state management and backend integration, and guide product teams in applying them;
• Improve the end-to-end developer workflow, including CI/CD, store distribution, and internal tooling;
• Integrate AI tooling into the codebase and workflows, and help determine its role in the product over time;
• Maintain a healthy and dependable technical foundation for product teams.

• Several years of experience delivering production software at scale, ideally including responsibility for mobile application architecture;
• Strong, multi-year hands-on experience building mobile apps with Flutter and Dart;
• Solid mobile DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines, app store distribution, and release management;
• Genuine interest in AI as an engineering surface;
• Systems-thinking mindset with clear reasoning about trade-offs, effective cross-team communication, and interest in foundational engineering work.

• €80,000 – €110,000 Per year, depending on experience;
• Collaborative, mission-driven engineering team in a scaling EdTech company;
