• Design, build, and maintain cloud-native platform infrastructure with Kubernetes as a first-class citizen, taking architecture-level ownership;
• Own and evolve Infrastructure as Code at a senior level using Terraform and set standards;
• Build and scale CI/CD pipelines for multiple teams and workloads, ensuring fast, reliable, and secure delivery;
• Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using ArgoCD to drive deployment consistency and auditability across environments;
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve developer experience and platform reliability;
• Contribute to and potentially help build an Internal Developer Platform that enables teams to self-serve infrastructure and deployment capabilities.

• Senior-level Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience across cloud providers, with experience setting standards;
• Extensive Kubernetes experience with GKE, EKS, AKS, or equivalent at an architectural level;
• Proven CI/CD experience at scale across multiple teams, pipelines, and complex workloads;
• Hands-on ArgoCD experience in a production environment;
• Solid GitOps experience with ArgoCD, Flux, or both across more than one employer or context;
• A platform mindset focused on usability, developer experience, and infrastructure correctness;
• Java experience is not required;
• Nice to have: Experience building or contributing to an Internal Developer Platform, CKAD or CKA certification or equivalent demonstrable Kubernetes depth, experience with landing zones, cloud governance, and enterprise-scale IaC standards.
