Claven is a startup based in Tashkent that builds a sovereign AI infrastructure and orchestration platform, transforming bare-metal or managed GPU clusters into cloud-native, efficient, and profitable AI clouds. The company facilitates running inference, fine-tuning models, and managing GPU workloads at scale, with a strong emphasis on data sovereignty for customers in Uzbekistan and globally.

• Operate and evolve Kubernetes clusters end-to-end;
• Own the GPU layer at the infrastructure level;
• Own infrastructure-as-code and the provisioning path;
• Own CI/CD and the release path;
• Build and own observability for GPU utilization, workload performance, and cluster health;
• Implement cluster-level security and multi-tenancy guardrails;
• Partner with backend and frontend engineers on the seams where infrastructure meets the application;
• Help deploy, harden, and support customer environments and diagnose production issues across the stack.

• Operated production Kubernetes end-to-end;
• Strong Linux, networking, and systems fundamentals;
• Hands-on with infrastructure-as-code, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines;
• Hands-on with observability tooling;
• Comfortable in at least one of Go, Python, or Bash;
• Strong written English and clear, low-ego communication;
• 4+ Years in DevOps, platform, infrastructure, or SRE roles;
• Nice to have: Hands-on with the NVIDIA stack, GPU partitioning or virtualization in production, Running lightweight / bare-metal / on-prem and edge clusters, GitOps and progressive-delivery workflows, Air-gapped, sovereign, or regulated-industry deployments, Cost / capacity optimization for GPU clusters.

• Ownership of a critical layer of the platform from day one;
• Direct work with the founders and a small, AI-native engineering team;
• A real customer pipeline in regulated markets;
