• Optimize the dynamic recruiting DSL-to-SQL compiler and create supporting developer tools;
• Build automated guardrails to ensure security and privacy of customer data;
• Enable fast feature delivery through canary deploys, gradual rollouts, and feature flags;
• Define SLOs and implement corresponding SLIs in collaboration with business and engineering teams;
• Ensure communication with external services supports retries and circuit-breakers;
• Implement infrastructure to support event-driven architecture and data warehouses;
• Manage projects end-to-end with minimal oversight;
• Participate in interview panels to select new team members.

• Experience building infrastructure at a scale involving millions of data points;
• Proficiency in automating provisioning, monitoring, and release processes;
• Strong background in infrastructure-as-code and cloud-based (AWS) environments;
• Ability to evaluate technical risks and design for reliability and security;
• Experience with database optimization and incident debugging;
• Nice to have: TypeScript, Node.js, React, Apollo GraphQL, Postgres, Redis, Datadog, Sentry, Kubernetes.
