• Design, build, and maintain On-Prem and Cloud-based infrastructure;
• Run and optimize multi-environment infrastructure including development, staging, and production;
• Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters at scale;
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines;
• Support microservices architecture;
• Implement security best practices;
• Manage monitoring, logging, and alerting;
• Improve performance, scalability, and system resilience;
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across networking, Kubernetes, cloud services, and application layers;
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve delivery processes.

• 7+ Years of hands-on DevOps & Platform experience;
• Strong experience with AWS (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM);
• Proven experience with Kubernetes and Helm;
• Solid experience with Docker and containerized environments;
• Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines;
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools;
• Experience working on mission-critical systems such as payments, fintech, banking, or gaming;
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot production systems under pressure;
• Fluent English (C1 level);
• Nice to have: Experience leading complex infrastructure projects, experience designing and implementing disaster recovery strategies, strong understanding of networking, security, and scaling, Ukrainian (B1 level).

• Office role in Serbia.
