B2Tech is a leading omnichannel technology solutions provider to the Sportsbook and iGaming industry with a strong presence and focus on emerging markets.

• Design, build, and maintain shared backend services and libraries for other engineering teams;
• Develop scalable platform components, APIs, and integrations using C# and ASP.NET;
• Work with relational databases, document databases, key-value stores, and message brokers;
• Build cloud-native services running on Docker and Kubernetes;
• Define and implement engineering standards, best practices, and reusable patterns across the company;
• Improve reliability, performance, observability, testability, and maintainability of platform solutions;
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to understand their needs and provide effective technical solutions;
• Mentor engineers and support the adoption of modern engineering practices.

• Strong backend development experience with C# and ASP.NET;
• Experience building distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and shared platform components;
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases;
• Experience with message brokers and event-driven architecture;
• Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes;
• Experience working with AI coding agents or AI-assisted development tools;
• Strong understanding of engineering best practices, including testing, CI/CD, code quality, observability, and reliability;
• Ability to take ownership, drive technical initiatives, and collaborate with multiple engineering teams;
• Nice to have: Experience with cloud-native development.
