• Design and operate enterprise AI platforms by integrating multiple LLM providers with routing, fallback strategies, and cost control;
• Develop scalable APIs and services to support agents, copilots, and business applications;
• Build autonomous and multi-agent systems capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex business processes;
• Drive end-to-end automation by connecting AI solutions to enterprise platforms like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Salesforce, and Jedox;
• Develop advanced retrieval systems using hybrid search, vector databases, and semantic indexing to implement RAG architectures;
• Optimize AI performance by monitoring and improving latency, cost efficiency, and inference performance;
• Define metrics and testing strategies to ensure AI accuracy, detect hallucinations, and evaluate quality;
• Maintain compliance and trustworthiness by implementing guardrails, monitoring systems, and governance frameworks;
• Oversee prompt versioning, model management, and CI/CD pipelines to maintain production deployments.

• Over 8 years of experience in software engineering, including at least 3 years delivering production-grade AI applications;
• Proven experience building and scaling enterprise AI solutions;
• Strong expertise in LLMs, RAG, AI agents, multi-agent systems, and business process integration;
• Solid programming skills in Python and experience with modern development practices such as APIs, Docker, and CI/CD;
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, specifically Azure, vector databases, and semantic search;
• Hands-on experience with leading AI platforms like Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Copilot Studio;
• Familiarity with AI frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph, observability, and AI governance;
• English (fluent);
