задачи
- Design, develop, and optimize data infrastructure to empower teams to build and run their own pipelines and data products;
- Explore emerging data tools and technologies, experimenting with new approaches while balancing innovation with existing systems;
- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines that ingest, process, and deliver reliable data across the company;
- Implement monitoring, governance, and best practices to ensure system accuracy, performance, and compliance;
- Partner with Analysts, ML Scientists, and Engineers to deliver structured datasets to unlock new insights;
- Experiment with advanced data modeling and analytical techniques to improve system capabilities.
требования
- Proven experience in Data Engineering with a focus on platform and infrastructure;
- Hands-on experience with cloud and data infrastructure such as AWS, Snowflake, and Redis;
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders;
- Active interest in new developments in the data ecosystem including cataloging, observability, and orchestration;
- Strong SQL expertise for large-scale querying and optimization;
- Experience designing and building ETL/ELT pipelines;
- Proficiency in Python for data processing;
- Solid understanding of data modeling and data warehouse architectures;
- Experience implementing DevOps practices such as Git, CI/CD, and containerization with Docker/Kubernetes;
- Nice to have: Familiarity with modern data tools such as dbt, Dagster, Prefect, and data observability platforms like Monte Carlo, Great Expectations, or DataHub.
