Network support engineer production infrastructure

An international hosting and infrastructure provider is looking for a Network Support Engineer (NOC) to join our team and help maintain a reliable global network infrastructure while providing technical support to our customers. You will troubleshoot complex networking issues, collaborate with internal teams and external providers, and participate in the daily operation of our production network.

• Provide technical support to company customers through the ticketing system
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues
• Communicate with customers in both English and Russian
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve incidents and customer requests
• Interact with Internet Service Providers and upstream carriers
• Work with Regional Internet Registries (RIPE NCC, ARIN)
• Ensure stable operation of the company's network infrastructure
• Analyze network patterns and search for peering possibilities to lower costs and improve latency
• Administer and maintain network equipment (software upgrades, configuration, backups, logging, inventory management)
• Monitor network devices and services
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and network failures
• Maintain accurate network documentation (NetBox)

• This position requires good analytical skills, hands-on networking experience, and the ability to communicate with customers in English via a ticketing system.
