it support specialist for office and warehouse IT

ONEX provides day-to-day technical support and hardware and software maintenance across its offices and warehouse locations.

• Provide first-line technical support to office and warehouse staff for hardware, software, printers, scanners, and internet
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
• Manage network and Wi-Fi setup to ensure stable connectivity across all locations
• Handle technology logistics between offices, including transporting, setting up, and replacing equipment
• Coordinate with the central IT team on escalated issues and system-level tasks
• Maintain an inventory of devices, accessories, and spare parts
• Provide on-site hardware support across ONEX branches and warehouse facilities

• Previous experience in IT support or technical assistance roles
• Solid knowledge of Windows OS and Linux
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and common office tools
• Understanding of basic networking, including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches
• Comfortable with hands-on tasks and frequently moving between offices and warehouse locations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a service-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication skills
