• Solve real-world problems and contribute to the company's growth through projects
• Learn the internal IT infrastructure, compliance requirements, and IT support toolkit
• Handle internal IT requests and support tickets covering hardware, software, accounts, and connectivity
• Manage employee equipment assets, including macOS and Windows devices and monitors
• Support user account and access permission management for the Engineering Team
• Maintain and document internal IT infrastructure, tools, and processes in line with compliance and certification requirements
• Lead projects, identify recurring issues, and suggest or implement fixes to improve technical operations

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or IT Management, or have equivalent practical knowledge
• Be a structured, reliable, and communicative problem-solver
• Be curious about AI tools and automation for streamlining internal operations
• Be comfortable working across Linux, macOS, and Windows environments
• Be fluent in English
