You'll thrive in this role if you're someone who enjoys getting stuck into technical challenges, takes pride in doing things properly and likes having the freedom to find the best solution.
You're equally comfortable troubleshooting an issue for a colleague as you are planning a migration or improving how a system is managed. You'll enjoy working in a growing company where not everything has been defined yet, and where you can make a real difference by bringing structure, clarity and your own ideas.
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in a live business environment, particularly Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and Entra ID.
- Experience managing Windows devices using Intune, including Windows deployment and provisioning.
- A good understanding of enterprise networking, including VLANs, DHCP, DNS and wireless networks.
- Practical PowerShell skills to automate tasks, produce reports and make everyday IT work more efficiently.
- The ability to write clear, useful documentation and explain technical decisions to people who aren't IT specialists.
- Confidence working independently, setting priorities and seeing problems through from start to finish.
It would also be great if you've worked with Fortinet networking products, Azure administration, tenant migrations or Power Platform applications such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
Experience managing software licences and suppliers, using AI tools to improve business workflows, or relevant Microsoft 365 or Fortinet certifications would be welcome too
