• Develop backend solutions using Go, Python, or TypeScript / JavaScript;
• Integrate blockchain protocols and work with blockchain nodes;
• Build backend logic on top of on-chain smart contracts;
• Design distributed systems focused on scalability, data consistency, and fault tolerance;
• Develop and operate microservice architectures with distributed tracing, observability, and circuit breaker patterns;
• Develop blockchain solutions for enterprise or institutional use cases.

• 6+ Years of commercial backend development experience using Go, Python, or TypeScript / JavaScript;
• 3+ Years of blockchain development experience, including protocol integrations, working with blockchain nodes, and building backend logic on top of on-chain smart contracts;
• Strong understanding of cryptographic primitives, including hash functions, digital signatures (ECDSA, EdDSA, Schnorr), and Key Derivation Functions (KDF);
• Experience designing distributed systems with a focus on scalability, data consistency, and fault tolerance;
• Experience working with microservice architectures, including distributed tracing, observability, and circuit breaker patterns;
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm;
• Understanding of consensus mechanisms, including PoW, PoS, BFT/PBFT, and their variations;
• Experience developing blockchain solutions for enterprise or institutional use cases;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Nice to have: Practical experience with MPC (Multi-Party Computation), threshold ECDSA, or Shamir Secret Sharing schemes, experience securing cryptographic key material including HSM integrations, secure enclaves, and best practices for private key storage and management, experience working with multiple blockchain ecosystems such as EVM, Solana, Bitcoin, and Cosmos SDK, experience using AI / LLM tools for software development and automation tasks, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
