ML/DS Engineer

• Strong proficiency in Python
• At least 2 years of professional commercial experience applying Data Science, NLP, and/or Computer Vision to business problems, with familiarity with SOTA models and advanced approaches
• Deep knowledge of ML/AI frameworks, algorithms, and techniques, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning, feature engineering, model optimization, and hyperparameter tuning
• Experience developing solutions with LLMs, RAG, intelligent agents, MCP methodologies, and other modern AI approaches
• Understanding of big data platforms and cloud services for scalable deployment
• Basic DevOps skills, including CI/CD, Linux fundamentals, and Docker
• Experience building MLOps processes, including ML lifecycle automation, data and model versioning, pipeline orchestration, and A/B testing
• Experience using Git for version control and collaboration
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Strong collaboration skills with product managers, data analysts, and business leaders
• English and/or German (or another language) proficiency at B2 level or higher
