ML/DS Engineer

• Strong Python skills
• 3+ Years of professional commercial experience applying Data Science, NLP, and/or Computer Vision to business problems
• Familiarity with state-of-the-art models and advanced approaches in Data Science, NLP, and Computer Vision
• Deep knowledge of ML/AI frameworks, algorithms, and techniques, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning, feature engineering, model optimization, and hyperparameter tuning
• Experience developing solutions based on LLMs and RAG, building intelligent agents, and applying MCP techniques and other modern AI approaches
• Understanding of big-data platforms and cloud services for scalable deployment
• Basic DevOps skills, including CI/CD, Linux fundamentals, and Docker
• Experience building MLOps processes, automating ML model lifecycles, managing data and model versions, configuring pipelines, and A/B testing
• Experience using Git for version control and collaboration
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline
• Ability to work with product managers, data analysts, and business leaders
• Experience mentoring and delegating tasks within a team
• Strong communication skills and a desire to develop leadership competencies
• English and/or German proficiency at B2 level or higher
