• Ensure the smooth operation of the company's geo-distributed infrastructure;
• Maintain and configure network equipment, bare metal servers, and NAS;
• Maintain and configure virtualization systems like VMWare;
• Administer multiple Linux servers;
• Monitor the status of services and promptly resolve emerging problems;
• Automate administrative tasks;
• Participate in the development and improvement of infrastructure;
• Interact with developers, database administrators, DevOps engineers, and architects.

• Have 5+ years of experience in a similar position;
• Possess excellent knowledge of configuring and operating active network equipment including switches, routers, and firewalls;
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of network technologies such as VLAN, STP, static routing, PBR, OSPF, BGP, ACL, IPSEC, OpenVPN, DNS, and DHCP;
• Have experience with VMWare including vCenter, vSAN, Distributed Switch, and HA;
• Show working knowledge of HP/Dell servers and storage systems;
• Have experience in the administration of Debian/Ubuntu family Linux;
• Demonstrate experience in the administration of monitoring systems, logging, and the collection of metrics;
• Speak and understand English at an Intermediate or higher level;
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
• Nice to have: knowledge or experience with DevOps practices, experience with IaC and configuration management systems like Ansible, Puppet, or Terraform, experience with Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services, understanding of information security principles and experience with SOC2/PCI DSS infrastructure, familiarity with Kanban methodology, experience of working on large projects with a significant personal contribution.
