V-Thru operates a QCommerce platform, focusing on the development and scaling of infrastructure and deployment systems to support rapid business growth.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure for backend services;
• Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation;
• Implement infrastructure as code practices;
• Optimize infrastructure costs while maintaining performance and reliability;
• Evaluate and integrate new infrastructure technologies;
• Ensure high availability and performance of production systems;
• Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions;
• Lead incident response, conduct root cause analysis, and drive reliability improvements;
• Establish SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets;
• Participate in on-call rotation and manage escalation processes;
• Build tools and automation to improve engineering productivity;
• Streamline developer workflows;
• Implement automated testing, security scanning, and quality gates;
• Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures;
• Reduce manual toil through automation;
• Monitor and optimize application and infrastructure performance;
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in services, databases, and message queues;
• Implement caching strategies and optimize resource utilization;
• Conduct capacity planning and scaling exercises;
• Implement security best practices and manage secrets, credentials, and access control;
• Ensure compliance with standards and conduct security audits.

• 5+ Years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering;
• Strong expertise with Docker and orchestration technologies;
• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines;
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure as code tools;
• Strong Linux systems administration and networking fundamentals;
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools;
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language;
• Track record of improving system reliability and team velocity;
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently;
• Nice to have: Experience in startup or high-growth e-commerce/logistics environments, knowledge of Kubernetes and service mesh, familiarity with Firebase and RabbitMQ, experience with database performance tuning, background working with PHP, Go, or Node.js, experience implementing canary deployments, understanding of SRE principles, contributions to open source projects.
