Waypoint Trading Solutions (a TNS business) is the infrastructure behind global trading. Formed in 2026 from the combination of TNS Financial Markets and Radianz, Waypoint delivers secure, high-performance trading infrastructure — combining ultra-low latency connectivity, the world’s largest financial extranet, and fully managed market data solutions. We help financial institutions execute strategies faster, more reliably, and with greater confidence across global markets.

We’re looking for a skilled DevOps Software Engineer who will take full ownership of the DevOps and infrastructure layer for a growing suite of modern internal tools, web applications, and backend services. You’ll build everything from scratch — defining architecture, making key technology decisions, and delivering robust, scalable, high-performance infrastructure and deployment pipelines across multiple projects. This is a true greenfield opportunity with no legacy code to maintain. You’ll have significant autonomy to shape reliable, automated systems while collaborating closely with a strong Python backend team (already building robust APIs), product stakeholders, and internal sysadmins in a self-hosted, Linux-first environment.
