• Manage, maintain, configure, and deploy Kubernetes clusters;
• Improve existing Helm charts and write new ones;
• Collaborate with the development team to enhance production stability, availability, and reliability;
• Monitor system performance;
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and ArgoCD;
• Work with cloud providers.

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS or GCP, including core services and resource optimization;
• Proficiency with Kubernetes;
• Experience with Istio;
• Ability to write and edit sophisticated Helm charts;
• Practical experience with GitOps principles using ArgoCD or FluxCD;
• Familiarity with Terraform/Terragrunt;
• Experience with CI/CD systems, preferably GitLab;
• Expertise in maintaining high-availability Redis/Valkey and Kafka environments;
• Advanced English;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with PCI DSS compliance and security standards in banking environments.
