• Manage and maintain version control systems including Git, Gerrit, and Perforce;
• Develop, maintain, and monitor Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines and tools;
• Oversee and resolve issues in CI/CD infrastructure;
• Coordinate software release processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery;
• Handle release management, deployment pipelines, and configuration baselines;
• Implement automation and containerization using Docker;
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues;
• Provide regular updates on release status, issues, and resolutions;
• Coordinate with external IT teams to ensure service delivery;
• Create documentation, guides, and presentations for training and reference.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, operations, or infrastructure roles;
• Strong proficiency in Linux system administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting;
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or automation language such as Shell or Python;
• Experience with CI/CD toolchains like Jenkins, GitLab, or Gerrit;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure incidents;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
• Strong awareness of industry trends and a willingness to learn new tools and methodologies;
• Nice to have: Hands-on service operation experience.
