MEDvidi is an AI-powered mental healthcare platform providing safe, effective, and scalable psychiatric care in the United States. It combines licensed providers with proprietary AI tools to support treatment for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other conditions while automating charting, follow-ups, and treatment planning.

• Set and drive the technical vision and quarterly infrastructure roadmap with clear trade-offs and measurable goals;
• Run and evolve AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) infrastructure, including cluster management, autoscaling with Karpenter, policy enforcement with Kyverno, and zero-downtime operations;
• Own Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and AWS CDK in TypeScript, as well as GitLab CI/CD with reusable/shared templates, OIDC, and self-managed GitLab;
• Build and own practical observability using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, OpenSearch, CloudWatch, log pipelines, and APM;
• Maintain fast blue-green deployments and health-gated automated rollback;
• Own zero-downtime PostgreSQL schema migrations using expand/contract patterns and CI migration gating;
• Own security engineering in a HIPAA environment, including secrets rotation, short-lived credentials, leak scanning, PHI-aware log and data handling, and Vault managed as code;
• Partner with product teams to remove infrastructure friction and improve developer experience;
• Use agentic AI as a core workflow and integrate autonomous-agent output into production.

• 6+ Years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering;
• Strong systems fundamentals, Linux administration, troubleshooting, performance analysis, resource management, and process debugging;
• Hands-on AWS experience with EC2, EKS, RDS, ElastiCache, Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, API Gateway, ALB, and S3;
• Production Kubernetes/EKS experience with cluster management, node scaling, and policy enforcement;
• Strong Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform and AWS CDK in TypeScript;
• Experience owning GitLab CI/CD, reusable/shared templates, OIDC id_tokens, and self-managed GitLab;
• Practical monitoring and observability experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, OpenSearch, CloudWatch, log shipping, and error tracking/APM;
• Practical security engineering experience with secrets rotation, short-lived credentials, leak scanning, PHI-aware logging, and HashiCorp Vault as code;
• Experience with blue-green deployments, automated health-gated rollback, PostgreSQL zero-downtime schema migrations, and CI migration gating;
• Experience with containers and networking fundamentals, including Docker, ECR, immutable tags, image lifecycle, load balancing, TLS, and DNS;
• Hands-on agentic AI workflows using Claude Code or similar tools;
• Developer-focused mindset, strong problem-solving for complex system issues, and strong technical writing with docs-as-code, ADRs, and design documents via MRs;
• Fluent Russian and English (B2);
• Experience working effectively in remote, distributed teams;
• Nice to have: Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments such as HIPAA or SOC 2, Ansible for VM fleet management, Node.js application operations with pm2 and npm, GitOps tooling such as ArgoCD or Flux, deeper PostgreSQL administration, AWS certifications.
