• Drive the adoption of AI-powered tools and practices across DevOps and engineering workflows;
• Design, prototype, and implement AI-enabled solutions for infrastructure automation, deployment processes, incident investigation, monitoring, documentation, and operational efficiency;
• Explore practical applications of LLMs, AI agents, and AI-assisted development tools in DevOps environments;
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated deployment processes;
• Develop, support, and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and efficient software delivery;
• Develop and maintain containerised application platforms using Docker and Kubernetes;
• Support and evolve monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions;
• Automate repetitive operational tasks and improve engineering workflows;
• Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and the implementation of long-term reliability improvements;
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, cross-functional teams, and external contractors to improve delivery and operational processes;
• Maintain technical documentation for DevOps and AI-enabled solutions.

• At least 3 years of commercial experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or a similar role;
• Strong, genuine interest in AI in DevOps and a clear understanding of how AI can improve engineering productivity, automation, observability, reliability, and incident management;
• Hands-on experience building, supporting, or experimenting with AI-related projects, including professional, personal, or open-source projects;
• Curiosity and initiative to continuously test emerging AI tools, models, frameworks, and agent-based workflows;
• Strong understanding of DevOps fundamentals, including automation, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, reliability, security, and continuous improvement;
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerised environments;
• Experience designing and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines;
• Experience with configuration automation and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar solutions;
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or a similar language;
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting practices and tools, including Zabbix, Grafana, Opensearch, and Vector;
• Understanding of application deployment, release management, networking fundamentals, and secure engineering practices;
• Experience supporting application databases from a DevOps perspective, including monitoring and performance troubleshooting for PostgreSQL and/or Microsoft SQL Server;
• Native-level Russian proficiency.
