Intermedia Intelligent Communications provides cloud communications and collaboration technology that enables companies to connect more effectively.

• Own end-to-end release and deployment lifecycle including build, package, deploy, verify, and rollback;
• Develop and support Octopus Deploy projects, lifecycles, channels, variables, and deployment processes;
• Implement deployment automation with Ansible using playbooks, roles, and inventories;
• Maintain Git-based release workflows in GitHub including branching, tagging, and versioning;
• Build and maintain CI pipelines in GitHub Actions to produce artifacts and trigger releases;
• Standardize deployment patterns across applications using templates and reusable roles;
• Manage environment configuration and secrets with controlled permissions and auditing;
• Improve deployment safety through automated validation, health checks, and rollback strategies;
• Support production releases, troubleshoot deployment failures, and perform root-cause analysis;
• Maintain release documentation, runbooks, and change management practices;
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and operations to plan releases and reduce downtime.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field;
• Experience as a DevOps, Release, or Deployment Engineer supporting production environments;
• Strong hands-on experience with Octopus Deploy process design and multi-environment releases;
• Strong Ansible skills for deployment and configuration management;
• Strong knowledge of GitHub workflows including PRs, tagging, and releases;
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts such as artifact management and environment promotion;
• Administration and troubleshooting skills on Windows and/or Linux hosts;
• Ability to diagnose deployment issues across application, OS, network, and configuration layers;
• Must be located in Tbilisi, Georgia;
• Nice to have: Terraform, PowerShell, Bash, Prometheus, Grafana, IIS, .NET, Nginx, Docker, Kubernetes, VOIP protocols, F5 load balancers, AWS, Azure, VMWare, HyperV.
