• Translate functional needs into technical designs applicable across the organization;
• Coordinate with stakeholders from operations, engineering, and project teams;
• Develop, test, and implement solutions within existing infrastructures;
• Integrate new modules with monitoring, logging, and automation systems;
• Write management documentation and user instructions;
• Contribute to maintaining the OSS platform on a 24/7 basis;
• Provide second-line support for complex disruptions and changes;
• Participate in standard management and improvement activities.

• Extensive experience with Linux, Docker, Python, and Ansible;
• Knowledge of software development, automation, and integrations;
• Affinity with ICT infrastructures and monitoring/management systems;
• Strong analytical and accurate mindset;
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders;
• Eager to learn and maintain knowledge through training and certification;
• Ability to design and deliver solutions independently;
• Nice to have: Experience working in Agile teams.
