• Develop and maintain the organization’s security architecture design to protect IT systems, endpoint devices, network infrastructure, and information assets;
• Assess and mitigate risks through security initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance;
• Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate security practices into the development and deployment of IT systems and applications;
• Conduct research on emerging security technologies and trends to enhance the organization’s security posture.

• Proficiency in designing and managing endpoint protection solutions (MDM, UEM, EDR);
• Understanding of network security, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS;
• Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) solutions, including SSO, MFA, and RBAC policies;
• Proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC);
• Solid knowledge of cloud security frameworks;
• Knowledge of threat intelligence platforms and techniques for monitoring and responding to security breaches;
• Proficiency in encryption technologies, PKI, and cryptographic protocols (SSL/TLS, IPSec);
• Strong soft skills including effective communication, emotional intelligence, analytical thinking, and conflict management;
• Nice to have: SIEM, Cloudflare, k8s, ELK, Ansible, IT/DevOps/Security certifications, modern DevSecOps practices, Python, Go, Bash, security risk assessment frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS), vulnerability scanning and penetration testing tools (Nessus, Qualys, Metasploit), compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
